Hayden Dover, MFT
Body Centered Psychotherapist

I am committed to working with my clients to facilitate self-awareness which will allow them to make choices that are healthy, empowering and aid them in developing a greater sense of joy, satisfaction and fulfillment in their lives.

I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and hold an MA in Somatic Counseling Psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies. I am also a graduate of the Hakomi Institute, licensed as a SMART Recovery Facilitator and have an extensive background in personal training. I offer psychotherapy to individuals and couples who grapple with a variety of concerns or who wish to use therapy as an avenue for personal growth and greater fulfillment. My holistic approach to healing draws on my view of the body and mind as a dynamic integrated organic system in constant relationship with its environment. As a therapist I am supportive, proactive and non-judgmental of your views, lifestyle and aspirations. I work to provide a safe, open, nurturing environment in which we can enrich, deepen and expand your experience of life. My approach is positive, existential-humanistic and somatically oriented.
